Workshop/Event Supervisor

Responsible for preparation of the classroom environment, materials and equipment; ensures that all materials are in good repair and all sets complete.
Preparing and teaching workshop as schedule for children 5 - 12 years old.
Supervise the classroom assistant, aide, interns, substitutes, and/or volunteers. Provide necessary instruction and training for those assisting in the classroom environment.
Plan and implement yearly calendar of workshops and events that suitable for certain theme/topic from time to time
Give appropriate presentations and establish a record keeping system to track the children’s progress
Support other events in center
Develops and makes materials when needed.
Build budget and control cost for each activity
Work with the line manager to design other workshop and event suit the actual situation at the center.
Traning new workshop and promote good communication among teaching staff members

Proficient in English: listening - speaking - reading - writing (all content written in English)
Love children and actively engage with them
Have experience with children (teaching, playing and/or making toys, learning materials)
Good communication skill, Proactive, Passionate, Flexible
Available to work at weekend
Age: 20 - 35

Working time: 10:00 AM -19h00 (Arrange for one day off a week, no break on Sat & Sun)
Working place: Marina Building, Tran Van Tra Street, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City (Ben Du Thuyen Restaurant)
Benefit:

Gross Salary: VND 10,000,000 - VND 20,000,000 (or negotiated according to capacity)
