Kids Club Supervisor

To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, fitness, dress, uniform, and body language at all times.
To assist in creating, supervising & conducting activities for children between the age of 4 and 12.
To ensure the Kid Club Attendants and yourself to provide accurate and clear information about available children&039;s activities and be fully knowledgeable with Kids Club equipment usage rules, regulations, and our best practice standards.
To ensure the Kid Club Attendants and yourself to give exceptional service by meeting and going beyond the expectations of all guests. Baby sitting and day care will also be an essential part of your role.
To contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with your colleagues.
Remain polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
To assist dapartment management to deliver quality service and consistency
To assist departmental colleagues with excursions outside of the resort that may or may not involve children.
To liaise with other departments to ensure that our departments operations run smoothly and that any bookings taken are adhered to and billed correctly.
To present the activities compendium to guests, suggesting suitable activities that provide for a personalized experience and answering questions regarding activities. Effectively communicate with guests- verbally and through body language- to respond to any requests and to determine when an activity has been completed.
Responsible for cleaning, maintaining all equipment used and reporting any damage or excessive wear to the team leader.

- Guest Complaint handling skill
- Excellent service oriented mind
- Any First Aid and Fire fighting skills is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English
- Good attitude and can work under pressure
- Have a high responsibility in works
