We are planning to recruit SENIOR/JUNIOR AUDITOR position working at Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi with the following responsibilities and duties:
For SENIOR AUDITOR Position:
• Supervises junior auditors assigned to engagements providing guidance and overall review of deliverables;
• Lead client audit engagements, which include planning executing, directing, and completing financial audits;
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Proactively interact with key client’s management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements;
• Obtains and reviews evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well-documented;
• Communicates assigned tasks to engagement team in a manner that is clear and concise ensuring high quality, accurate, and efficient results;
• Prepare audit file, audit reports, financial statements in accordance with standards VAS, IFRS and related to laws.
• Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business;
• Conducts assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end ;
• Identifies and communicates issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk;
For JUNIOR AUDITOR Position:
• Establish working relationships with client personnel;
• Ensure compliance with local audit policies and regulations;
• Review, develop and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of a business;
• Establish working relationships with company&039;s staff, business partners and clients;
• Provide significant help and support to senior auditors;
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Prepare audit paperwork in accordance with standards and requirements;

Requirements for SENIOR AUDITOR position:
• Ability to work independently as well as to handle teamwork, rapid adaptability in new environment, ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Analytics, Summarization and reading Law.
• Strong organizational skill and attention to detail.
• Stress management;
• CPA certification is preferred;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs;
• Excellence in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, Excel , using accounting software.
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines;
• Bachelor’s degree in auditing and accounting or related field;
• Minimum of 03 years recent work;
• Have a good command of English both oral and written;
Requirements for JUNIOR AUDITOR position:
• Multi-tasking;
• Ability to work with deadlines and without close supervision;
• Minimum of 01~02 years recent working experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in auditing and accounting or related field;
• Quick learner and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skill and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs;
• Fluent in English both oral and written;
