Kiến Trúc Sư Cấp Cao (Senior Architect )

Follow company`s design procedures, training Junior Architect
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Maintain, create, and follow check lists to ensure consistency and quality of work on every project
Manage/ cooperate to the project team members including architecture, structure, MEP and outsourcing companies
Propose initiatives to improve design efficiency
Elaborate reports on time schedules, quantity and quality of works in the projects
Control supervise and correct legal document, design document of projects
Manage the architecture design from concept to construction drawing stage of building projects
Deal with clients, authorities, vendors, supplier, etc.
Responsible for checking, monitoring and reporting to the Director and Design Department Manager
Update drawings from mark ups
Review all work for errors and mistakes prior to releasing as complete
Discuss the basic idea with the General Manager and Chief Architect; develop with team members
Working as a Team Leader

Yêu cầu công việc

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Sketch Up, 3Ds MAX, Photoshop will be an advantage)
Possess initiative, independence & Drive
Ability to work well within a team and independently, as well as work on a number of projects simultaneously
At least 5-10 Years working experience with consultancy background (preferably foreign companies)
University degree in Architecture, or equivalent
Familiar with design codes for variety project types (Vietnamese and Europe design standards and legal regulations)
Basic understanding MEP
Proficient in technical construction/ detailing and building technologies
Good command of English andGermanwill be an advantage
