Korean Trainee (FO, F&B, KITCHEN)

-  Must follow up with department ISO

- Report the daily operations to the F&B Manager/FO Manager/Executive chef

-Check and adapt the schedule of the staff according to the forecast.

-Develop plans and proposals to meet the needs of the guest.

-Work closely with the F&B Manager /FO Manager/ Executive Chef.

-Develop the cooperation and communication with all departments of the hotel.

-Transmit his knowledge to the staff to improve their performance and correct them if necessary.

-Lead by example and stay well groomed at all times.

-Attend all training programs designed for him and all other managers.

-Control and apply strictly the safety and hygiene policy, regulation and procedures of the hotel.

-Create an attractive offer for the different outlets coordinating with the F&B Manager & Executive Chef.

-Participate in the periodical meeting with all the managers.

-Optimize the sales by suggestive selling; train staff on selling techniques and ensure that they are implemented.

-Control the revenue and expenses of his outlets.

-Develop new concept to implement the quality of the decoration.

-Control and approve all internal documents.

- Nationality : Korea 

- English and Korean language must be fluently

- Working hours / day:8.00 hrs per day as per the department roster

- Passport within effective at lease one year

Day off / week: 1 day off

GROSS montly allowance: USD 200 GROSS

Accommondation : Free accommondation with private room in Expat house

Laundry: Provied by Company

Meals: Free of charge at any restaurant of Hotel

Visa fee: Paid bay company
