- To organize, manage the works of department and ensure the best guest’s welcoming and serving.

- To organize all procedures and regulation in relating housekeeping operations.

- To verify that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.

- To resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.

- To operate all aspects of related computer system, including software maintenance, reports.

- To prepare welcoming all V.I.P 's special guests and requests.

- To review housekeeping log book and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis.

- To participate in the selection of housekeeping staffs.

- To organize, manage, train and evaluate the job performance all housekeeping staffs.

- To conduct regularly scheduled meetings of housekeeping staffs.

- To ensure that staffs are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests managers and other staffs.

- To prepare performance reports related to housekeeping.

- To work within the allocated budget for the housekeeping.

- To ensure implementation of all hotel policies.

- To perform other duties as requested by management.

* Working Experience:

- At least two year experience as a Housekeeping Manager. Preferably in the hospitality industry. Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding financial related questions.

- Bachelor degree, or equivalent work experience.

- Diploma/ Certificate in Hotel Management preferred.

* Skills:

- Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written. Korean preferred.

- The ability to motivate and lead a team.

- Computer skills: good in Microsoft office.
