- Having maintain a satisfaction of customers, and also manage a preventive maintenance;
- Quantity : 02 people
- Having a management of any training and demonstration among customers for MAT’s products;
- Having provided a pre-sales support and including a consulting to sales people, technician and customers also
- Having studying, enhancing and developing about a specification and technical knowledge of MAT’s products;
- Having on-site service to a customer, and beside have to follow up and stand by for a technical for a technical service of customers for solving any problem which related to MAT’s products.

Experiences and Skills
+ Microsoft office, email exchange.
+ Good command of English communication both written and spoken.
+ Having good documentation skill
+ Having good skill of setting, supporting of network and Hardware like Server, PC, etc.
+ At least 5 years Experience in above fields.
+ Customer oriented, active and open mind
