Interact with regional headquarters and Sales team for any specific product recovery and market recovery plan.
Visit customer locations to assess the situation
Direct user / partner support
Evaluate the ability of engineers through regular tests
Participate with regional headquarters for technical issues.
Organize and implement training programs for engineers.
Simulate problems and provide appropriate solutions.
Product performance report
Prepare information training materials.
Support Partners on any technical issues.
Evaluation of potential service partners Technical capabilities.
Prepare regular and special reports for delivered products.
Product Quality Management
Take training courses and learn from various internal sources.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: graduated uinversity in Engineering
Experience: at least 2-5 year experience on Printers, Projectors and Scanner
Ability to analyze product hardware errors, repair and troubleshoot
Male/Female
Knowledge of printing-related applications,
Good English communication
