OVERALL JOB PURPOSE.
                                                     
To monitor process audit report, technical troubleshooting, Process and quality improvement, new model preparation
 PRIMARY JOB TASKS

1. Process Parameters monitoring (4M) and process audit.
2. Process and layout study and improvement.
3. To carry out paint & chemicals’ parameters check and adjustment
4. To prepare and implement work instruction and work procedure, visual aid  
5.  Make plan and monitoring Quality improvement activity  

6.  Technical Trouble shooting and provide effective countermeasure on the related activities. 
7.  Production output and line balance monitoring through regular process audit and line analysis.
8.  Monitoring & providing ordering forecast for paint and chemicals based on production planning.
9. New materials introduction,  monitoring & control based on standard material usage
10.  Implement and co-ordination the new model and Facelift introduction.
11. To assist in carrying out the plan through 4M review and evaluation for new model trial.
12. Coordination of production line improvement, modification and setup.
13. To assist on new process layout design through analysis, technical requirement and concept. 
14. To carry out duty assigned by the Superior when and where necessary 
15.  To coordinate Internal Audit as per schedule for Quality Management System
16. To ensure all activities that affecting the environment be done in compliance with Environmental & Safety requirements
 

1. Education:
Possessed college / university degree specializing in Chemical Engineering and have competent technical background or equivalent
2. Experience:
At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
3.  Skill
- Computer skill (Microsoft office, AutoCad)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
