Professional Service engineer who provides technical support for our software (ATM operation software, Self Service software solution, etc.) to customers such as banks where we sell ATMs
- Customer support during the UAT (User Acceptance Test) / Pilot stage and resolution of issues that occur, report to the development team
- Mainly performing technical support work at customer sites (ATM Lab)
- Manage customer requirements, offer customer suggestions for our software, provide training and technical information
- Get the certification for mutual integration between customer-owned systems (infrastructure) and our products
- Technical issue research analysis, technical meeting documentation and communication
- Creating, testing, and distributing customer custom packages
- Support for delivery and operation of our software, provide resolution of issues (collaboration with the Head Quarter SW organization in Korea)

Experience in computer-related IT system technical support, education, pre-sales, etc.
Technology (operation) and experience for software, hardware, and networks
Experience in IT operation and help desk response (optional)
Software development or QA experience (optional)
* ATM technical support experience (Professional Service) preferred
