The successful candidate will be able to perform excellent communication, have intensive understanding of business overall, think on their feet, act entrepreneurially and collaborate effectively within an ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders.
Lastly, the position will support the Sr Planning Manager under the assigned scopes.
This role will govern the process of coordinate Business Planning between Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure smooth business via IBP Weekly meeting. The goal is to see beyond Supply Chain’s priorities and focus on the business ultimate goals through alignments among all the functions of the organization.
Role and Responsibilities

Generate 6 months rolling plans for all Supply Chain Activities consolidating the input from and provide output for Sales/ Supply/ Logistics Operation/ Finance and Product Development with support from Sr Planning Mgr. in the direction phase
Other tasks assigned by Sr Planning Manager under the scope of IBP.
Understand key metrics of Supply Chain to set priorities when dealing with stakeholders
Prepare materials for IBP Weekly Meeting under guidance of Sr Planning Mgr. including Agenda, reports and analysis
Actively communicate the plans to all stakeholders and closely track/ update the progress of the plans. Initiate the reaction plan if necessary
Deep dive in issues arose to understand root causes of the problems for accurate escalations
Follow up on IBP Weekly meeting’s Actions items with related parties to ensure deliverables

Willing to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude.
Bachelor Degree and above
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong selling skills.
Good at time managing, speed, teamwork, and multitasking.
Advanced MS Office skills and presentation skills.
Retail Supply Chain, E-commerce experience is priority.
Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese is a must.
Passionate and optimistic individuals who enjoy the interaction with people.
Team player. High ownership.
At least 2-3 years of experiences in Planning, Supply Chain or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills with consideration to company objectives. Proven track record of apply analytical techniques to solve supply chain problems
Ability to manage multiple projects across functions.
