Kỹ Thuật Viên Bảo Trì Điện (Chuyên Ngành Điện, Tự Động Hóa, Điều Khiển Tự Động)

In order to control and improve the performance of equipment, a maintenance technician will perform the following task below, but not limited to:
- Be a WCOM Pillar/team member and implement WCOM routes
- Maintain a 5S work areas, follow Good Manufacturing Practices, and work safely
- Transfer of knowledge and skills to production staff and mechanics, advising on questions and problems
- Check the quality of spare parts and feedback/report to maintenance team leader
- Feedback/report the situation of machine and equipment and suggest to revise preventive maintenance plan
- Follow work instruction and process
- Do air/steam leaking inspection as planned to keep energy
- Make weekly, monthly, quarterly reports with highlights [good/ bad & next actions]
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
- Join in the installation of machines and/or systems as requested. Update relative documents, drawing if there is any change within the assigned area
- Update machines history data, breakdown data, analysis system
- Ensure work order registration in SAP (hours, materials, feedback text, etc.)
- Coordinate work activities with operators/production team leader in the shift to ensure machines operating in standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
- Attend the internal seminar to exchange experiences and knowledge in order to improve maintenance quality
- Review Work Instruction, safety Risk Assessment annually
- Close work order when work is finished
- Study, suggest any improvement on equipment/system
- Comply strictly with safety regulations, related GMP, ISO, and HACCP, Foqus activities
- Do repairs to ensure machines running properly in quality standard and report in the shift duty
- Do planned maintenance and inspection machines/equipment to keep them in good conditions

- Education: Graduated from Technology / Technology and Education University – major in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation
- Experience: 01 – 02 experience years
- Skills:
• Familiar with international & local standards in food & beverage/dairy/FMCG industries
• Microsoft office fluently in Excel and PowerPoint
• English fluently in speaking and writing.
