1. Handle pilot run for all new assembly machine, equipment & jig to define good production condition as well as join to improvement machine activity aim to meet design target 
   o Participate in new production process machine, jig, line design review and feedback assembly requirements and support to easy operation, change over, setting up… optimize process
   o Check product DWG/product specification to under the requirement 
   o Gather test & trial data make feedback reports on the status of quality, productivity as well as proposal improvement if any
   o To define production setting condition for machine, critical control point during production
   o Build instruction to make dummy sample
   o  Production issue analysis and drawing tolerance analysis and process capability evaluate
2.  Assist process engineer to trouble shooting & problem solving for all related issue of quality, technical due to process, machine, jig tool assembly on production line during the trial & pre-MP phase
   o Troubleshooting to ensure the operation of equipment, machine, process
   Diagnose, analyse for trouble, error arising on production line
   o Co-operate with machine builder, machine design engineer & test engineer to analysis stage, improve machine structure
3. Support to production dept to training for operator, machine technician, production maintain
   o Training to maintain & production technician about process & critical control point for machine
   o Build up feature function test sample to ensure machine checker work in correct condition
   o Provide training for maintain technician as well as support in 1st period of MP
4. Support process/production engineer on continue improvement activity
   o Task time/Cycle time reduction, line balance analyse. Capacity increase opportunities seeking
   o Support to collect the data of issue or trial result for process engineer
   o Proposal idea to improve chronic issue off machine & process
   o Feedback chronic issue to new product development

1. College, Vocational  - Mechanical or Mechatronic
2. At least 2 years experiences
3. Be able to read technical drawings
4. Have knowledge manufacturing assembly processes

1. Office hours (8.00am - 17.00pm);
2. Agreement (TOTAL REMUNERATION FOR TOTAL CONTRIBUTION);
