Participates and plays an active role in improvement teams related to process quality and implements these improvement opportunities or corrective actions in the laboratory (ISO9001, LSS, TPM etc.).

People Development
Better reproducibility of the results of the laboratories and in-line meters.
Trains lab and production technicians on analysis and analyze equipment (in-line and off-line), according to training material.
Execution of Analyses
Manages Sensory Evaluation, training and monitoring the taste test panel, execution of the taste test activities (Panel Leader).
Execute as lab service Center
Reliable results are reported OTIF.
Executes Microbiological, physic, chemical analyses, including sampling, sample preparation and reporting results, in line with the valid Laboratory Methods.
Equipment Management
Performs calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and troubleshoots on laboratory methods and analysis equipment (off-line).
