Lab Engineer

Implement actions necessary to achieve planned quality objectives.
Obtain knowledge of the current products & new products. Evaluate/analyze new customer requirements, make necessary improvements needed to ensure customer requirement are met.
Establish, maintain, update and continually improve necessary documents in lab room in compliance with requirements of Customers, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949.
To ensure monitoring and verification of all activities of subordinates.
To properly implement SPC into processes for early identification of process variation/abnormality, quick analysis of root cause and effective corrective & preventive actions.
Study and analyze product specifications to issue technical reports to make sure quality requirements are met with minimize cost and practical to production.
To perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned by the superior
Responsibility for controlling testing equipments in lab room and ensure the accuracy, proper handling, use, preservation and storage of measuring and test equipment (MTE), jigs, tools, accessories, replacement parts, technical manuals, software in charge.

University Degree in Electronic/ Mechanical/ Industrial System Engineering
Familiar with testing equipment
Goodin reading, writing, speaking English
Good reporting skills
PC skill: CAD, Solidworks, Visio, Word, Excel, Power Point.
Able to work independently as well as a part of company teams and hard working, ability in problem solving
Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, SPC, IATF 16949.
