Lab Supervisor

Monitor and follow up all TR schedule;
Manage all Handtool and Power tool accessorie Lab general work.
Coordinating with TTI PRC RYOBI Reliability Lab, TTI PRC HT and PTA QA& Eng. Team.
Position Summary
Monitoring all test detail and make sure all test be correctly conduct.
Coordinate with PRC Lab on all testing related;
Manage all manpower resource and correctly assign related jobs. Handle recruiting and Training for all person under the Lab;
Manage all Lab samples in good condition.
Set up and monitoring the material follow up process;
Overall manage all lab issue;
Follow up all Handtool and Power tool accessorie testing issues.
Maintain good relationship with TTI PRC RYOBI REL LAB;
Manage all equipment and follow up maintenance and calibration;
All other Lab Admin jobs.
Review and approve the Test Request;
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring all testing efficiency and quality. Also try to improve them as well.
Manage the testing efficiency and quality.

Excellent Local language, Good English (at least Written and reading) and Chinese is advantage;
5 years managerial experience in Quality managing/Engineering/Testing related field. (Reliability laboratory related and ISO 17025 knowledge will be preferred)
Good communication, leading and interpersonal skills;
Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical engineering is required. (Full knowledge on this will be preferred)
Good skills to solve problems;
Bachelor and above;
Fully understand the test laboratory operation and international standard.
