Lab Technician

Purpose
Lab Technician is responsible to perform analytical analysis on crude oils, intermediate feedstocks, polypropylene, waste water, air environment and finished products etc. in accordance with the established operating procedures.
Responsibility
For this position, minimum works are as follows,
• Typical tests and analysis are as follows,
• Assist Lab. Shift Analysis Engineer to achieve shift / daily operation.
• Prepare samples and perform analysis on various refinery streams including crude oil, intermediate feed-stocks, intermediate products, polypropylene, waste water, air environment, finished petroleum products etc.
• Follow the written instruction procedures of Laboratory Management System from Lab. Shift Analysis Engineer
- RON (Research Octane Number )
- Product color (Seybold, ASTM) etc.
- Physical Properties (Density, Viscosity)
- Distillation Character
- GC (Gas Chromatography)
• Working hour: Work by shift
• Input of data from analysis into Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Completion of all logs and records related to analysis for traceability.

Education Background: College/University Graduated or above in Analytical Chemistry or Petrochemical.
Work Experience: No experience required - Fresh Graduate (Sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp). For students who are going to graduate (Sinh viên chuẩn bị tốt nghiệp), we get CV application with Transcriptions attached
Skills:
- Moderate Knowledgeable of laboratory equipment, instrumentation procedures and terminology.
- Moderate knowledge of laboratory safety and control procedures and practices including standard precautions and hazardous chemical handling.
- Report writing and presentation skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- English skills: English skills TOEIC ≥ 350 points or Equivalent
