Label Acquisition and Management Manager

• Ensure relationships with collective management organizations, strategic partners and third parties remain productive and in alignment with NCT strategy.
• Work with NCT partner-facing applications and internal systems to assist with new developments and improvements.
• Develop new content partners and acquire content in alignment with NCT content strategy.
• Maintain close working relations with labels, channels partners and various stakeholders, assisting with queries and resolving issues
• Responsible for copyright information being accurately entered into systems, including agreements, works and associated copyright data.
• Maintain contractual agreement and deal information in systems in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Provide analysis of royalty data and processes, including partner structures, royalty calculation and financial reporting
• Provide monthly copyright status and performance reporting for partners.

• Familiar with Microsoft office software, such as Excel, PPT, word, etc
• Hands on work-ethic. Can work within in team, also be independently responsible
• Well networked in music industry and able to provide constant leads generation for new labels and artists partners
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
• 5-8 years working experience
• Bachelor and/or master degree , music business management or related area strongly preferred.
• Good at communication, both internal and external
