Laboratory Operator

♦ Prepare and fill the report with the samples (lab dip) to submit to the customer, based the specimen required by each customer.
♦ Keep a piece of tissue cut from the samples sent to customers, in the archives of the laboratory as a reference. These samples are essential to proceed with adjustments, in case the customer would rejected those submitted, or to pass to the Dyeing dpt. if the customer would issue an order.
♦ Prepare the dyeing recipe and arrange the dyeing of the samples, in the laboratory dyeing machinery.
♦ Prepare the solution of dyestuff, and chemicals, by the dosing machine.
♦ Maintain close working relationship with colleagues to ensure team strengths are further developed, especially with Dyeing dpt., Quality Control dpt. and Sales dpt.
♦ Keep the solution of dyestuff, and chemicals, on the dispensing machine, in good conditions, and updated according with the expiring date.
♦ Check the samples from customers with the proper instruments (spectrophotometer).
♦ OTHER DUTIES: Any assignment other than above descriptions (assigned by Laboratory Manager)

♦ Computer using skill
♦ Willingness to learn / Team Player/ Careful and motivated person
♦ Ability to communicate in English (able to read and understand document in English)
♦ Junior colleague graduate with experience of doing in laboratory, within organization referred
♦ Can work in shifts
