Labour Outsourcing Officer

• Responsible for Staff outsourcing; Payroll processing and Contract staffing services to clients,
• Delivering with high quality and professional service to the clients
• Communicate with clients concerning any problems caused by labours
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with recruitment hubs to build a channel to provide stable and diverse candidates.
• Recruit mass positions and outsourcing in accordance with the approved Recruitment and Planning Process
• Select and implement recruitment according to the lowest cost - highest efficiency
• Support for the client to improve the productivity, work quality and effective investment; help the client more comfortable, save time and cost, facility,…as using our service
• Build and maintain good working relationship with all departments and the Boards of Management to build up the company’s culture and organize the internal event
• Undertake any responsibility or other duties assigned by the Boards of Management

• Sex: Male/ Female
• Age: 25 - 35
• Experiences: at least 03 years of experiences in labour outsourcing management as level Senior Executive or Specialist, in famous brand name company in Outsourcing for clients is preferred. Good understanding knowledge of Human Resource Management and Vietnamese labour law.
• Education: University degree in human resources management, business administration,vv,…
• Qualification: honest, strong integrity, keep confidential information, willing to work under pressure; Well organized with strong attention to detail and highly responsibility;
• Skill: good customer services skill, problem solving skill,vv,…
• Proficiency in English both speaking and writing
• Status: permanent staff
