LAWN AND GARDEN:
1 Maintain, trimming, cutting all lawn, bushes, and trees to be in good condition and look Healthy at all times.
2 Repair, replace all necessary.
3 Keep all landscape of the whole area of the hotel’s property from the main entrance at Main Street up to the beach to be in good condition at all times.
4 Cover all potholes of the lawn to be smooth lawn and safety for our guests.
5 Grow and maintain all bushes and flowery plants to give impression to our guests.
6 Clear up all weeds and adjust soil to grow all covered soil plant around the trees.
7 Replaced the bad lawn with the good healthy ones at once.
8 Keep lawn to be healthy green with out weeds.
10 Clean up loosing leaves daily
BUSHES AND TREES:
1 Trim only necessary bushes and trees to be clean and to prevent to have reptiles nets in them.
2 Losing soil around the tree and grow vine plant to protect soil.
3 Installs all plant names especially at walk way and street.
4 Replaces new coconut trees when they are dead.
5 Cut away only branches that reach the building to separate animals from buildings.
6 Cut off all brown leaves and clear out all coconut fruit where they are along the walkways.
FLOWERS, FLOWER POTS AND DECORATING PLANTS:
1 Replace all flowers or plant periodically in each area to look nice at all times.
2 Maintain all bushes and flowery plant in each flower base on each building to be in good condition and healthy at all times.
3 Rearrange all pot plants in buildings, offices, outlets and beside walkways to be in good condition.
4 Decorates seminar rooms for the group according to the group function’s requirement
5 Decorates with flower or plants for all occasion events as all department requisition such as customary day festival.
POND, DWELL AND RAIN WATER SUM
1 Maintain all bushes surrounding all water pumps, fountain ponds.
2 Keep pond and all water gardens to be clean and having clear water at all times.
3 Keep water plant healthy and nicely at all times
SPORT FIELD:
1 Adjust and clean up sand for volleyball court daily. Volleyball courts must be clean, safe and in good condition for guest to use at all times. There will be no bacteria, animal dirt, shells and other strange materials, but clean sand.
FENCE, STREET, PARKING AND UNDER BUILDING
1 Repair all fences when necessary
2 Keep outer area where is next to the fence of the hotel property to be clean at all times.
3 Keep underneath of all buildings and bungalows to be clean at all times.
4 Keep all streets and roads to be clean, and keep water channel beside street and walk way to be clean with out rocks, dust, leaf and sand.
5 Replace and keep bushes to be full along the fences.
6 Prevent loosing soil along the walkways with plants or lawn as appropriate.
BEACH
1 Always keep the beach clean. The beach sand must be smoothed out every morning.
2 Set up two staffs to be a beach attendant.
WASTE AND FERTILIZER:
1 Collect all gardening waste and discharge from the gardening daily.
2 Main entrance from main road to the TIMING GATE must be clean and neat at all times.
3 Keep all lawns and all area to be clean without any kind of waste at all times.
4 Make fertilizer from some leaves and waste to replace some chemical food plant.
5 Keep the water treatment station to be free from all weeds at all times.
NURSERY:
1 Keep nursery to be clean and healthy plant at all times
2 Prepare all plant, plant pot, decorating plant to be enough for all occasion
3 Arranges all plants to be in group of using, seasoning, festival, occasion
4 Always have enough plant, flower, decorating plants for all occasion
YEARLY PLAN:
Budgeting of all expenses as well as manpower
Make yearly plan for all gardening Maintenance
Record of all plant inventory, plant pot, tools and equipment
