Lập Trình Viên/Application Developer

Perform adequate unit testing of own and other developers’ application development work. At a minimum, unit testing should ensure all requirements have been addressed, all basic functionality works, and errors are handled properly.
Design application solutions that fully implement business requirements.
Develop high quality software code in accordance with established company standards and development guidelines.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company’s application portfolio, development tools, and development proceduresActively participate in the development and review of business and system requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs in order to deliver accurate solutions
Expeditiously troubleshoot application production issues that resolve the issues without causing additional problems
Provide technical documentation that accurately and thoroughly depicts the software design and code base
Ensure that policies and procedures for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting GIC core system are complete, accurate, up-to-date, and effective.
Provide updates to the Application Development Manager and Project Managers on work in progress, work completed, and work planned, and issues potentially impacting the on time completion or quality level of work.

BA/BS in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in Software development
Experience in software development for insurance, bank…
Prior experience in MVC and different programming framework/ languages: .NET, C, Java…
English qualification equivalent to TOEIC 450, IELTS 4.5, TOEFL iBT 58
Good communication skills, problem solving and crisis management skills, and strong analytical skills with the ability to work as an effective member of a team.

Other allowances: Regular traveling expense, lunch allowance
Training opportunities: as per the Company’s regulations
Annual leave: 12 days/year
Working time: From 08:00 to 17:00 - Monday to Friday
