Perform other tasks as directed and assigned by the Company&039;s leaders.
Legal advice to the company&039;s legal department, on legal issues related to the handling and settlement of the company&039;s affairs and contracts;
Carrying out internal legal work such as contract law, internal law, procedural legal...;
Controlling the legality and suitability and legality of documents issued by the Company and its member units;
Detailed work will be discussed at the interview and on probation.
Consulting for the company&039;s foreign partner in the investment fields that the foreign partner invests in Vietnam;

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:

Fluent in foreign languages ​​(English), able to read and translate English documents specialized in Law
University graduate or higher in Law (Economic Law, Enterprise Law, Commercial Law…) or related disciplines.
Having a Law Practice Certificate (can be added later)

Knowledge:

Have a solid legal knowledge base;
Understanding of Investment Law, Tax Law, Investment administrative procedures, regulations related to business activities, Labor Law

Skills:

Ability to manage and assign tasks;
Have good negotiation skills.
Have good communication skills;
Skilled in planning and implementing;
Having the ability to consult and analyze good contracts;
Careful, honest, responsible in work;

Experience:Preferably have 5 years or more experience in the same position or have worked as a Legal Specialist/Leader.
