Job Description:
1. Design factory strategic layout with the optimized flow, man-machine ratio, flexibility, space utilization and cost
2. Collaborate with Cooperate Service to enable strategic positioning of facility systems to support factory ramp efficiently and with velocity
3. Coordinate with factory stakeholders for tool installation and demo
4. Apply LEAN to drive continuous improvement in layout strategy and execution.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Preferred background or work experience in IE, facility design or manufacturing
- Strong analytical skill, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and planning skills
- Demonstrated capability to lead projects for process improvement
- Detail-oriented
- Have a Lean mindset to reduce 7 wastes
- A basic requirement for AUTOCAD & Programming
