- Arrive at workplace on time in full uniform prepared with tools and all equipment needed for service.
- Check with Captain for the ships needs and documentation to meet the requirements of port authorities.
- Handle guest messages, ensuring that the information that is passed on is accurate, complete and promptly delivered.
- Collate bills and take care of cash procedures.
- In charge of all passenger activities like excursions, cooking demonstration and tai chi.
- Effectively communicate and liaise with associates on all levels, understanding the importance of teamwork within hotel operations.
- Greet guests on arrival, escort guest to the boat and give key for designated cabin.
- Upsell higher grade rooms, upsell spa and massage services. Give out the information about other services as: kayaking, squid fishing...
- Be friendly and smart on the phone.
- Other duties as assigned by Chief Receptionist/ Chief Purser.
- Prepare everything for embarkation.
- In charge of all massage and kayak bookings.
- Contact with Sales office and Tour operators if required.
- Use guest name whenever possible in accordance with the cruise standards.
- Prepare all the necessary lists direct after embarkation finished.
- Notice in a clear way all the positive and negative matters which passengers bringing to you. In case of critical situations call your superior (Chief Receptionist/ Chief Purser/ Captain).

+ Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
+ College degree or equivalent education required;
+ Able to form and maintain relationships, able to work under pressure;
+ Special attention to grooming, hygiene care, clean and proper uniforms;
+ General knowledge of hospitality industry;
+ Assertive and professional.
+ Confident and friendly and pleasant;
+ Must possess basic computer skills;
