- Based on accepted works of each building mechanical packages, verify on interim payment certificate (IPC) which submitted by Contractors
- Coordinate with Facility Management, ESH teams, relevant Stakeholders and Contractors for proper planning on Tie-in activities to existing Facility/ Infrastructural (e.g. Fire protection system, city water supply, etc); Building mechanical equipment transfer (from old to new Factory) and site supervision for such Works done successfully.
- Assesses project issues or risks in particular with respect to technical issue/ constructability related to Building mechanical packages (including the status check of existing Building mechanical equipment run to fail) and reporting back to PM.
- Coordinate and witness the site inspections on incoming materials, of installations as well as testing & commissioning activities related to Building mechanical packages (e.g. classified HVAC, non classified HVAC, fire protection, compressed dry air, plumbing and sanitary, cleanroom performance testing, etc)
- Co-manages the building mechanical design inputs and/or RFI’s within project team member/ operation team/ stakeholders or external parties and responsible for the follow up all open points until they are sufficiently clarified. Ensure the building mechanical design inputs/ RFI’s are provided in time to Designers/ Consultants/ Contractors/ Service Providers.
- Coordination and supervision of Building mechanical packages with respect to progress, cost, risks and quality.
- Coordinate with the Validation Engineers, Consultants and Contractors and other stakeholders to complete DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ for classified HVAC, Cleanroom and (clean) Compressed Dry Air systems.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Superiors. The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall include any responsibilities as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
- Review and approval for the construction documents related to Building mechanical packages submitted by Contractor such as Material/ Equipment submission for Approval, MOS, Shop drawings, etc.
- Coordinate among Project Core team, relevant Stakeholders, Consultants and Contractors for completion and/ or successful obtaining the Utility/ Infrastructural Connection Agreements (e.g. Waste water and storm water drain discharge to IZ), Fire Fighting inspection with local Authorities.
- Review the as-built document (e.g. MCCD) of all Building mechanical packages with an aim to ensure a smooth hand over between project team and end users (e.g. PFM teams).
