Lead Photographer

Oversee Digital Retoucher to ensure images are accurate and moving through color correction workflow in a timely manner
Works proactively with Marketing and Design teams to understand specific art direction.
Follows brand specific style guides to ensure consistency of image composition and lighting
Maintain and manage our in-house equipment: maintain all cameras, lenses, battery packs, and studio equipment
Responsible for lighting, equipment and studio readiness.
Can work independently and prioritize daily shot list to maximize efficiency and management of all photography production needs, ensuring deadlines are met.
Execute all videography needs – shoot Product videos that showcase the product, including planning and lighting
Execute all digital photography of furniture and finish samples and any additional product categories, including planning and lighting of each individual shot
Production of reliable quality and creative results in a timely manner.

Formal Qualification - Degree is preferable in any of the following discplines: Communication Arts, Photography, Fine Arts.
Strong demonstrated creative eye, sense of design in all applications of the photographic image, especially as it relates to editorial and consumer applications.
Proficiency with all studio tools, lighting, technical software and systems. Experienced professional who stays current with photography trends, lighting, and technical advances. Masters digital camera system and understands its benefits and limits.
Good English communication.
Minimum of two years professional studio shooting experience both with artificial and natural lighting; a physical portfolio of original work is mandatory for finalist candidates.
Familiarity with all aspects of digital image quality and output. File size, light and color balancing, PhotoShop. Working knowledge of basic digital print production or prepress file prep is not required but very helpful.
