Lead Software Engineer (Golang)

Develop patterns for effective logging, monitoring, alerting across all layers of application architectures and supporting services.
Partner with Information Security/Platform/Infra/Developer team to develop, implement and/or execute security/platform configurations and controls via code where possible.
Mentor members more junior than you in the technical areas which the team works within.
Develop monitoring platform/tools which is more like Pingdom/Cloud APM to support multiple engineer/business level.
Drive design, engineering, implementation and configuration of software services to trace, log, monitor, recover and prevent incident happen with ZaloPay
Develop detailed design documentation including procedures to meet all security/performance controls and requirements as defined by Financial services

BS, MS in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience using and implementing API gateways like WSO2, Kong, Krakend, etc is a big plus
Must be great at cross team communication and documentation
Strong at programming and algorithmic skills. Proficiency in Java programming language.
3+ years hand on experience building production software system
Experience working in Fintech is a optional plus
Experience in backend development design and implementation;
Understand E2E tracing, monitoring, and to be able to demonstrate E2E monitoring solution.
Experience and knowledge in developing software service which utilizes service discovery/registration, tracing methods
