Leadership Competency Development Manager

Reviews existing training materials produced by stakeholders to determine appropriateness and relevance.
Working with training vendors to provide leadership, mentorship, applicable training and overall guidance for top and middle management and team leader, supervisor if functional has needs required give accordingly training programs for.
Manages costs for all programs, productions, and publications in order to report to organization executives regarding a ROI.
Plan & budget the annual Skill and Leadership training S&L plan to facilitate roadmap & IDP.
Coaching and developing trainer to enhance trainer’s competence through daily activities.
Plan soft skill and leadership training S&L unit to ensure providing the required training programs to stakeholders as HR, IT, Collection, UW and others.
Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level.
Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary.
Works with stakeholder to address training issues, instruction problems, design or consult new solutions needs regarding specific solutions of functional.

Bachelor of Training/ Finance & Banking/ Business Administration, etc.
Corporate training in Consumer finance/ Banking/ Finance background is a plus
Excellent in training design & development
At least 1 year in similar position is preferable
At least 4 - 5 years’ experiences in training
Strong is training analysis and measurement
Excellent in program design & development
Strong in coaching & feedback
