LEAN Assistant Manager

• Compose and train awareness-raising programs and lean production knowledge such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, effective production management tools…
• Daily update production information, spot abnormalities, study from there to provide better performance measures to improve production process efficiency.
• Receive, study the feasibility of innovative ideas from all employees.
• Directly receive and implement programs to increase efficiency, reduce waste from customer requests.
• Perform other tasks under BODs’ requirement.
• Daily review and evaluate the effectiveness of the improvement projects have been implemented, receiving feedback from the departments directly implement the project from which there are timely adjustments.
• Proactively propose to the higher level feasible improvement projects, the benefits reported by the project improvement can bring and carry out.
• Research and apply appropriate machinery and equipment to improve the automation capability, improve the efficiency of work, thereby contributing to solve the labor source for the plant.

• Over 10 - year experience in Production/Quality or Lean management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferable
• Presentation and English communication skill
