Lean Manager (Long Thanh IZ)

Responsible for maintaining Lean Production System
Agreeing to take over other reasonable, special duties & responsibilities that is corresponding to the employee&039;s abilities according to the instructions and requests of the management and/or supervisors
Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer&039;s code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, and company rules of the framas Group
- Ensure Lean tool implementation throughout the factory.
- Design and follow up lean projects
- Maintain lean metrics, especially OEE; 5S, Kaizen
- Fulfill lean knowledge to employees of all levels
Responsible for OEE Implementing
- Lead/join PDCA projects
- Monitor productivity bonus system (OEE, Quality, Replacement)
- Present OEE report in the technical meetings
- Get approval for monthly productivity payments
- Ensure the OEE Group Standards are fully applied in production workshops
- Ensure accuracy of production data (from Hydra system)
Responsible for Kaizen Implementing
- Manage the SharePoint kaizen application
- Audit implementations of kaizen
- Propose and follow-up kaizen rewards
- Perform the CI Meetings together with other HoDs to evaluate all ideas and kaizens
Responsible for 5S Implementing
- Report 5S results
- Develop 5S checklists for all working areas
- Follow-up 5S scanning schedule and improvement activities
- Ensure 5S rules are applied fully in all areas
Responsible for management of Lean department
- Assign tasks to Lean staff and workers
- Ensure Lean staff and workers comply with company regulations and safety rules
- Give proper support and assist to help Lean staff and workers fulfill assigned tasks
- Lead Lean department to achieve company&039;s goals
- Evaluate performance of Lean staff and workers

• University graduate in Industrial management or relevant fields
• Good computer skills and office software, Power BI
• Good English in both written and verbal skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Experience in the industry of manufacturing, footwear, plastics, etc. is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in the relevant position
• Lean knowledge and lean practical experience
• Good management skills and teamwork skills
