Lean Specialist/ Chuyên Viên Sản Xuất Tinh Gọn

- Develop standard work to document common lean activities like 5S, Kanban and flow cell construction.
- Educate and coach company personnel on Lean concepts, tools and methods.
- Audit regular lean activities.
- Establish work measurement programs and analyze work samples to develop labor utilization standards.
- Coach, deploy and learn Lean principles in the manufacturing environment.
- Develop Lean communications and conduct factory tours for visitors.
- Document Lean efforts through selected metrics and photographs.
- Support departments to execute Lean processes.
- Discuss with engineering staff and management to plan and suggest according to lean concept.
- Develop collective lean tool box and assure instruments and available to lean project participants.
- Define and allocate necessary resources.
- Observe value stream waste, coach and drive Lean principle and methodologies for waste removal.

- At least 2 year experience in production environment in implementing LEAN tools, projects, and programs with a proven track record of success (5S, KAIZEN, SMED, VSM/VSD, Visual management)
- Skills: understanding factory plans, data analyzing, minitab using, technical report preparing
- Fluent in English
