LEAN Speciallist (Urgent)

Role and Responsibility:
Assisting in Lean strategy development and deployment, execution of Lean initiatives.
Being the Lean or IE Subject Matter Expert and provide guidance to the project teams
Monitoring project progression and providing project management support
Planning, Leading, and organizing Kaizen activities, help to initiate improvement project according to opportunity identified from Kaizen result
Planning, Leading and organizing Lean or IE training, development of relevant training material and curriculum
Conducting regular research of best practice, proven technologies in the toy market or other industry, and seek for possibility to transplant into the company.

Qualifications:
Training experience and/or developed Lean or IE training material and curriculum is added value.
Preference with engineering, or any technical related college degree or above; 9. Those with 5 to 10 years strong/solid experience in the above mentioned area will be considered as Lean Manager. Fresh graduate, whom are keen to learn, willing to work hard, to take up new challenges and have the vision to become future process improvement leader in the industry are welcome to apply and may be considered as Lean Trainee at the initial stage.
5 years of working experience in toys, plastics, electronics or home appliances industries. With good Lean knowledge and extensive industry experience might be considered higher rank as Assistant Manager or Manager 6. Proficiency in using MS software (Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio..etc.); 7. Language ability: must be able to communicate in either Chinese or English. Able to speak Vietnamese will be definitely a plus
Lean or IE experience, proved track record of applying Lean methodologies (VSM analysis, QCO, TPM, 7 wastes, material flow analysis/routing…etc..) and/or IE methodologies (Standard time, Line Balancing, Cell Line, Plant/Production line re-layout…etc..) in improving operation and manufacturing system.
Project management skill and familiar with improvement cycle process (PDCA, DMAIC..etc.)
Lean or Six Sigma green or black belt preferred
