Responsibilities
1, Design and Develop Training Programme:
Create engaging and effective training programmes that align with our business objectives;
Design training materials, courses, and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Training Deliver:
Utilise a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods.
Delivery training sessions and workshops that inspire and engage employees;
L&D Strategy:
Ensure that L&D initiatives contribute to the development of our core values and mission.
Collaborate with senior management to develop a comprehensive L&D strategy and plan that aligns with our business goals;
Performance Evaluation:
Implement assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training and programmes;
Gather feedback and make improvements based on data- driven insights.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously innovate and adapt L&D initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
Stay up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in L&D;
Data – Driven Insights:
Leverage data to drive L&D decisions and ensure that training efforts are data- driven and results- oriented.
