Training affairs
Delivery and administration of training programs

Maintain training data in L&D functions
Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs
Monitor progress and cost of training courses and programs
Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports
Organize training by preparing training logistics and collecting feedback

Program operation for fresher/ intern

Corporate to deliver Fresher/ Internship program
Contribute to learning & development events & activities
Academy & teaching assistant for fresher/ internship program, learning hub

Learning & development corporate
Build strategy & oversee planning

Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritize training
Plan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with senior management
Prepare training budget requirements and share with senior leadership along with track budget spend versus plan and take corrective actions if required

Operation & execution

Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery
Design and deliver training programs that address training needs on an ongoing basis.
Plan & execute roll out of programs including timelines, target audience and location/ venue.
Arrange training logistics (with support of admin) and drive delivery of training

Evaluation

Measure & evaluate quality of course, control the output quality of the courses & LD process
Responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area.
Keep on review and improve the quality of courses

Knowledge:

At least 2 years of experience working in related roles
Knowledge and/or experience of IT industry
Education in Marketing, Business, IT Industry or a related field is a plus

Skill:

Creativity, flexibility, proactive to work on start-up environment
Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
Confident in both written and spoken communication (Vietnamese & English) with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors/trainers
Stakeholders Engagement and Management
