JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Coordinate and assist in projects related to:
Enhance the induction training program.
Develop a technical training framework (define KSAs, training matrix, training curriculum, training materials, etc.).
Participate in initiatives that promote a learning culture: producing e- learning videos, library, writing articles, etc.
Compile training data and results.
Assist in the organization of training events.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge

3rd or 4th year university student majoring in Human Resource Management/ English/ Business Administration/ Law- Legal/… or other related majors.

Skills

Collaboration, situational adaptability, and nimble learning competencies are important.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and public speaking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Video shooting and editing skills are essential.
English is required.

Experience

Experience in organizing events is a significant advantage.
