Learning & Development Manager

EQuest Education Group is currently one of the largest private education corporations in Vietnam. With 20 member institutions and growing, EQuest covers a wide range of sectors including secondary schools, English training centers, vocational schools, colleges, and universities & EdTech.
We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager for our L&D team at Vietnam, located in District 1, HCMC.
Our L&D Manager will be responsible as detail below:
Learning and Development

Manage L&D Team.
Coordinating with relevant departments to organize effective L&D program and finding new ways to refresh such training from time to time to enhance employee engagement.
Coordinate with People & Culture teams at investee companies to make sure the L&D activities are met.
Career Development: Assist Head of Talent Management Department with Career Development function.
Drive the L&D effort at EQuest Group and Group’s investee companies.

New Project Owner:

Coordinate with investee companies.
Coordinator of New Projects: At request of CEO.
Track activities and project planning.

Proficent in English communication.
Education:Graduated from University in related majors.
Employment/Professional Experience: at least 2 – 3 years of experience in L&D Manager, Training Manager or relevant.
Attitude:Be enthusiastic, thoughtful, careful, meticulous and observant.positive attitude, and hard working.
Competencies:

Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent oral/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service approach and ability to engage, support and work collaboratively with managers and stakeholders at all levels internally and externally in multicultural settings.
Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
Strong planning, organizational and project management and commitment to continuous improvement for better quality outcomes.
