Learning & Development Manager

Reporting to the HR Development Head you will be responsible for:
- Utilize culture and change management strategies and tools to enhance employee engagement.
- Provide cross-office trainings to promote streamlining processes and internal communications throughout the company. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and modify as needed.
- Assist with conducting learning needs assessments and employee surveys to provide solutions to address common themes
- Develop and executive potential personnel and successors planning
- Develop and execute change management plans including communication, education, and training to ensure awareness and engagement throughout the integration
- Research, evaluate and select training providers to organize additional courses as well as employee connection activities
- Design and manage programs and initiatives that contribute to creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace
- Develop and facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning programs across a variety of subject matters to support the needs of team members and leaders by using data from engagement surveys and employee feedback to design programs, resources, and training for managers and employees
- Design, create and maintain learning guides and course materials on strategies to build engagement and improve the employee experience

- 3+ years of supervisory experience in Marketing, Workforce Engagement or Internal Communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Economics /Psychology or related major.
- 6+ years of working experience in similar roles in large-sized companies (500+), preferably in the FMCG/ MNC/ Production/ F&B industry.
