Leasing Deputy Manager

Marketing & Plannning
- Do the site survey and study the surrounding catchment area&039;s development and market.
- Brainstorm and give comments on shop layout cutting.
- Compile and advise on the rental budget for each lot for category in charge in order to meet the total rental income budget.
- Brainstorm and develop name list of target / potential tenants.
- Brainstorm and develop shopping centre zoning and floor concepts.
Leasing
- Monitor Leasing Executive&039;s job in status and progress of recruitment of tenant lots.
- Aassist Leasing Executive if they have problems in recruiting of tenants.
- Meet up with potential tenants to present the marketing kit to tenants.
- Negotiate on rental rate and terms and condition on Tenancy Agreements.
Business Openings
- Monitor handover of lots are completed.
- Check tenant&039;s fit-out are accordance to overall regulations that approved.
- Check and report on tenants&039; fit-out progress at site.
- Check and monitor Balance of Security Deposit is collected before Business Opening.
Tenant cordination work
- Advise tenant coordinator on fit out guidelines and fit out concepts that approved by management.
- Liaise with tenant coordinator on tenant&039;s complaint and requests, if any.
- Liaise with construction department on leasing requests.
- Seek and understand site rules and regulation especially on all matter which relates to tenant&039;s entry to site for fit out until business opening.
- Attend site meetings
Others
- Sign and reply letters for all leasing related matters.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by General Manager or Manager

- Able to travel outstation (including foreign countries) (essential)
- Good negotiation and persuasion skill and experience.
- Experience in retail field is an advantage
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor Degree
- More than 5 years of working experience in relevant fields.
- Good survey & analytical skills
- Good command in English
