Leasing Executive

Leasing
- Propose and negotiate on rental rate.
- Monitor Leasing officer&039;s job in issuing documents relating to leasing such as Lease Approval form, Letter of Offers.
- Recruit tenants via meeting up potential tenants to present the marketing kit to tenants.
Marketing & Plannning
- Compile all the potential tenants&039; information such as contact number, concept, range of merchandises, pricing and etc.
- Prepare own category budget in order to meet the rental income budget.
- Do site surveys and study the surrounding catchment area&039;s development and market.
- Prepare the potential tenants listing which are suitable for surrounding catchment area.
- Propose and fit in the tenant names into the lot
Business opening
- Monitor Leasing officer&039;s job in collecting of balance of security deposit before tenant open for business.
- Check on the fit-out plans, signage, and color perspective view (concept)
- Ensure tenant adhere to renovation schedule as set eg. Renovation period, stop work, and open for business.
- Do the actual handover of lot to tenants and site measurement.
- Monitor on tenants&039; renovation progress at site.
- Plan and call tenant for handover of lots.
Others
- Issue and replying letter for ordinary leasing
- Answer inquiries from potential tenants
- Perform other tasks as assigned by above Deputy Manager

- At least 2 years of working experience in relevant fields.
- Good survey & analytical skills
- Good command in English
- Bachelor Degree
- Good negotiation and persuading skill and experience.
- Experience in retail field is an advantage
- Able to travel outstation (including foreign countries) (essential)
