1/ Carry out the customer service process

- Put the menu to choose the item, choose the drink. Can advise, recommend customers use the restaurant specialty food.

- Receive order information from customers clearly, accurately the name of the dish, quantity, unit ... Can confirm the order with the customer to avoid confusion.

- Order cashier and kitchen.

- Ensure service in the correct order, correct table, correct dishes, drinks and enough quantities.

- Serves the requests of customers: pouring wine, order more dishes, add sauce ...

- Willingness to answer customer inquiries.

- Guide customers to pay for meals.

- Clean the dining table and replace the new one to serve other guests.

2/ Storage of work tools

- Make sure the catering area in charge is equipped with the necessary equipment: cups, plates, spoon, chopsticks, glasses ...

- Preserve the restaurant's equipment: tables, chairs, tools and related items and report immediately to the management when detecting damage, chipping ...

3/ Work with other employees

- Support other service staff when the restaurant crowded.

- Coordinate with cashier, restaurant manager, chef when ordering, request to cancel, table, table ...

4/ Report all problems with restaurant management

5/ Perform other tasks as required by management

1.Study in Hospitality or related areas;

2.Experience in 4-5-star Hospitality required;

3.Strong background in hotel operations;

4.Experience in partnering and working closely with different stakeholders at various levels
