Mô tả công việc



  • Ensure that company complies with ever-changing laws & regulations in the Consumer Financial business (Law on Credit Institutions, Enterprise Law, Labor Law, Consumer Protection Law…).

  • Monitor and track regulatory news and developments, analyze their impact on the industry & business of company. Create/distribute company compliance communications.

  • Assess company operations to determine compliance risks. Develop, implement and manage an organization’s corporate-wide compliance program

  • Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk in relation to legal and compliance. Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.

  • Provide timely consultation advice to BUs relating to legal and compliance or actively involve in resolving concerns about legal compliance including staff’s.

  • Create and coordinate proper reporting channels for compliance issues and actively work with TPB legal dept for alignment

  • Other tasks assigned by Head of Operations & Board of Management

  • Support BU Heads in raising staff awareness toward compliance


Yêu cầu công việc



  • Fluent in English·

  • Bachelor degree, major in Law/ Finance/ Business Administration

  • At least 3 years of experience in Legal & Compliance role, preferably in Financial Company

  • Good knowledge of legal requirements, standards and procedures in Financial Company/Banking is an advantage.

  • Strong planning skills.

  • Brilliant oral and written communication skills.

  • Highly-analytical and attention to detail
