Legal & Compliance Executive (Japanese Market)

• Other tasks assigned by line manager.
• Reviewing and advising contracts/agreements in English (in the future may be trained to review contracts in Japanese);
• Reviewing and systematizing legal documents related to company&039;s operation;
• Solving legal issues related to lawsuits, disputes, etc.;
• Updating and giving guidelines for application of regulations for Board of Management and departments;
• Guiding and supervising related departments to operate in accordance with laws;
• Involving in drafting and controlling internal rules and regulations in accordance with laws;
• Researching laws, legal and commercial practices of countries that have business relationships with FPT Software;
• Coordinating with other departments in dealing with legal issues;

• Having at least 02 year legal experience;
• Having knowledge of laws of VN, having knowledge of laws of Japan is an advantage
• University Degree in Law, Holding Lawyer Certificate is an advantage;
• Good command of English (at least TOEIC 700) and having ability to use Japanese is an advantage;
• Experience working at foreign companies or being experienced in IT projects is an advantage;
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion skills;
• Honest, responsible, hard-working and teamwork.
• Having profound knowledge of Corporate Law, Investment Law, Commercial Law;
