Legal Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Legal advice on transactions between the Company and third parties


• Consulting the Company and its specialized divisions to operate in accordance with the law. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws & regulations for the company's operations, policies, processes, and products.


• Consulting business departments in the process of setting up, drafting business processes, drafting forms and building new products of the Company


• Planning BP's activities and building a professional team of business law consultants


• Participate in legal proceedings if a dispute arises

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from a regular university or above, majoring in Law, having other degrees in economics/finance is an advantage


• At least 10 years working as an in-house lawyer at a securities company/Bank with the same size or higher or at a law firm specializing in financial consulting, but having at least 5 years working in-house .


• Straightforward, honest, integrity, dare to take responsibility, decisive


• Advanced presentation, planning, assignment and communication skills


• Listen and encourage employees


• Make decisions and take responsibility for your decisions


• Fluent English communication (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above)
