Legal Executive

Responsibilities:
• Resolving disputes and representation resolve the lawsuits at Court, procuracy, Police office
• Representation working with government agency
• Negotiation with suppliers and customers
• Risk controlling
• Construction contract form, legal documents and process, policies and drafting, reviewing contract, legal documents

• Working with business department to support to collect over due debt.

• Providing legal advises

Requirement:
• Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skill
• Have at least 2-year-experience; preferable in field of procedural, collecting debt;
• Self-research ability, fast learning; logical thinking;
• Obtain bachelor of laws degree or higher; Freshers accepted
• Good planning, organizing and time management skill;
• English skill: communication and report by English;
• Solid knowledge about laws on enterprises, labor, tax, procedural, dispute resolving and experience working with state agencies;
