Legal Executive

- Submit a report to the government
- Collect data and create reports
● Permit/License:
– Within the scope of the Legal function, prepare all necessary documents related to applications of licenses of the Company (MLM license, retail licenses, product permits, seminars and events, promotion applications, etc,...)to ensure the compliance and renewals of required licenses.
– Monthly report submission:
Customer data will be submitted to the relevant ministries every month.
– Partner with other functions to submit the applications and follow up until the licenses are issued.
● Contracts:
– Review contracts, provide input to contracts/agreements to correct the possible problems and ensure that all contracts/agreements are in compliance
– Independently prepare standard contract templates for other functions.
– Keep track of and maintain list of all contracts signed.
● Other documents:
– Draft/review official documents of other functions that are sent out to authorities, partners, suppliers, customers, employees, etc.,
– Review and provide output on promotions and registrations to ensure product permits, seminars and events, promotion applications, etc...are in compliance with the laws.
– Keep track of all administration documents including official letters and other documents of legal function.

- Have experience to submit documents to government
- Working experience as in
-house lawyer or consulting firm more than 5 years
- Word, Excel, Power Point proffiency.
- English: Upper Intermediate level＜WANT＞
- Good knowledge on all legal aspects, experience on MLM, have connection with VCAA & DIT
- Working experience as in-house lawyer in MLM company
