The ideal candidate must have experience in legal aspects of developing from the beginning to the end of a real estate project.
Legal Manager is responsible for consulting, taking legal action in accordance with the procedural laws to protect the lawful rights and interests of the company:
· To consult and implement of legal procedures of real estate investment (IRC, construction permit, etc.)
· To draft and review a variety of contracts, agreements arising in business operation of the company, including all types of contracts and legal issues relating to/ arising from the property sales and purchase and daily operation/ management of the properties.
· To research, update the government’s policy and provide legal advice to BOD on relevant legal matters with respect to corporate legal entities, real estate project investment and development to avoid legal risks relating to business operation.
· To consult, draft, and review legal documents issued by the company to ensure that is compliance with the law.
· To implement procedures for business registration, licensing investment, construction permits and others for real estate projects.
· To participate in the negotiation, drafting and commenting the charter, resolution and decision of the Shareholders, the legal documents, contracts and project documents of the company.
· To solve complaints, disputes relating the company in courts and State authorities.
· To be responsible with BOD for all activities of Legal team, monitor the law compliance in the company.
· To work with and manage the legal outsourcing partners.
· To advise and support other departments on legal matters as required.

· Work place: Cantavil Premier, No 1, Song Hanh, Hanoi Highway, An Phu, Thu Duc
· Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm

Job Requirement:
· University Degree in law.
· Must have at least 4 years of working experience in management level in advising real estate law, residential housing law, commercial and corporate law, foreign investment.
· Sound experience on real estate business in foreign company.
· Possess a lawyer certificate.
· Fluency in English speaking and writing.
· Mature, self-motivated & result-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently under tight deadline.
· Demonstrated high level of integrity and initiative.
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability of capture and process information quickly and accurately.
