Legal Officer - Nhân Viên Pháp Chế

The Legal Officer&039;s responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Conducting legal training to company departments;
• Handling other legal affairs assigned by Legal Manager.
• Managing the contract (collecting signed contracts, filing, following the registration of signed contract to Legal Service System of PICs)
• Providing day-to-day legal supports/advices to the company’s directors and departments, including but not limited to Commercial, Business, Corporate law, Tax, Labor, IP, etc.
• Giving guideline for sales team and PICs on promotion and advertisement programs and reviewing and following promotion program announcement at competent authority;
• Implementing licensing job in connection to the company activities and licenses (including but not limited to amending legal license and/or certificate of company, branches, representative offices, business locations Biz Plan & Development of the Company (including preparing the agenda, minutes and resolution for Member Council’s meeting));
• Negotiate, Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents of the company;

• Knowledgeable about commercial and corporate law, tax law, labor law and IP law
• Have experience in dealing with contract, Corporate Biz Activities
• Have approximately 3 ~ 5 years experience working as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm
• University graduate with bachelor degree in law
• Have good English comprehension
