Legal Officer (Senior/Junior)_HCMC

• Job Description:

1. Business contracts and Company Projects
_Conducting legal research and analysis on information related to business operation and giving advice to the concerned parties;
_Checking with authorities on the application of the laws in practice;
_Advising on legal matters relating to the business activities of the Company;
_Drafting and/or reviewing various business related agreements, contracts, documents on a day-to-day basis for the business operations such as vendor agreements, supply agreements, credit facility agreements;
_Drafting correspondence and other legal documents (English and Vietnamese) as per requested basis;
_Drafting application dossiers and conducting the procedures relating to the Company Projects and corporation documents.
_Performing other professional jobs as assigned;

2. Litigation
_Reviewing on-going cases and advice management accordingly.
_Participating in proceedings at courts to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the company.

•  Key Qualifications:

_Senior legal superior officer:

. At least 3 to 5 years of experience
. Good command of English. Proficient in writing and translating skills (Vietnamese & English)
. Bachelor of Law, obtaining Certificate of Law Practice and admitted to a bar association. Priority for male candidates and graduating from University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University – HCM)
.  Good understanding of laws, regulations and procedures
. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus
. Willing to travel for work
. Be a positive thinker and be cooperative team player.

_Junior legal staff/specialist:

. Good command of English. Proficient in writing and translating skills (Vietnamese & English)
. Bachelor of Law, obtaining Certificate of Law Practice or at least passed the law exam. Priority for male candidates and graduating from University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University – HCM)
.  Good understanding of laws, regulations and procedures
. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus
. Willing to travel for work
. Be a positive thinker and be cooperative team player.
