Legal Specialist/ Chuyên Viên Pháp Chế (18~25Tr) At Japanese Invested Company

Legal related works (70%)
- To be responsible for reviewing all documents/forms arising out of the Company’s operation:
(i) Contracts/Agreements (agency contracts, commercial contracts, lease contracts, broker agreements, etc…
(ii) Marketing materials: brochure, leaflet, …
(iii) Promotion registration/notification to the trade authorities
- Other tasks under the assignment of the Board of Director
- Work with outsourcing law firms to avoid misunderstanding of law-related issues.
- Assist in the application of Sales Permit, Pink Books, IRC, ERC, …
- Update new regulations;
- Carry out legal procedures related to the operation of the business;
HR & GA tasks (30%)
- Support to get visa/work permit/residence card, …for Japanese expatriates
- Overall control HRGA jobs, manage office staff

** Requirements:
- Education: University, Bachelor in law
- Computer skills: to be good at word, excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in related fields: at least 3 - 5 years
- English at the business level
- Age: ~35 years old
** Preferable skills:
- Hard working, detail-oriented, logical thinking
- Experience on the real estate field
- Japanese or another language
